Apply for a "pay what you want" logo design

Concept explained

This concept is designed to provide your company with a professional logo, without any financial commitment, in an effort to help startups and lesser fortunate businesses. At no point during the project will we discuss any sort of payment, as the quality of my work should not be influenced by this factor. When the work is completed, you have the freedom to decide what you wish to pay, if anything at all. And if you can’t afford to pay anything at all, that is absolutely fine, I genuinly have no expectations, that’s is the point of this concept. If you like the work I’ve done for you, I hope that you might recommend me to others, leave a nice testimonial, or who knows, if your company grows you might remember me and come back to return the favor or buy me a coffee. Maybe you provide a service you can offer in return. Value comes in many shapes.

There is a catch though. Obviously I can’t offer this service to everyone, as I potentially will be working for free, and that is not sustainable. I do have bills to pay and a family to feed. So, you will have to apply for a “Pay-What-You-Want” logo through a very short form, and every 2-3 weeks, I will pick someone to offer this service. When selected you will have roughly 24 hours to reply before I pick another candidate. When we have established contact you will be prompted to fill out another form going into more detail about you, your company, your vision and goal, your target audience and so on, and the work will begin.

By submitting a request, you automatically join my newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time, don’t worry. If you get selected, I retain the right to showcase the logo and use it as a case study. You are not allowed to apply with the intent of selling the logo, or pass my work off as your own creation. The logo is strictly allowed only to be used for your own company/brand.

If the applicant violates these terms by passing off my work as their own creation or selling it without proper authorization, the rights to the design revert back to the original creator (me).
